Peddy began her career as a community manager at JPI, and worked her way to senior vice president for JPI's student living division, expanding it by 70% during her tenure. Most recently, she held the position of Vice President of Operations at Campus Advantage, a 20+ property student-living portfolio. "I'm elated for the opportunity to lead such an incredible team at Grand Campus Living and to help them deliver results for our clients," Peddy says. "I have witnessed the incredible growth and culture at GCL and am eager to take it to the next level."
Jason White started in 1996 as a Community Assistant before being promoted to leadership positions such as regional manager, senior regional manager, and finally, Assistant Vice President of Operations. White's expertise is in operations and leadership, providing operational key insights for clients and keeping a constant eye on succession planning for his team. "I started with GCL in September 2011, when we had approximately 3,000 beds. With more than 15,000 beds managed today, I'm excited about where our company is and where it's going. I couldn't be more excited to be part of Grand Campus Living," says White.
