Louisville

Home to the infamous Kentucky Derby and its accompanying two-week festival, Louisville is an exciting city with a lot going on. Our Louisville apartments are centrally located and are just a few minutes from the Ohio River, where you can enjoy water activities such as a riverboat tour. Encompassing over 15 parks, the city’s park system is gorgeous and one of a kind, as it was designed by Frederick Olmstead who is also responsible for New York’s Central Park. Louisville also has a diverse music and arts scene, including a variety of galleries and theaters. Food lovers will not be disappointed as there are numerous establishments to indulge in, including the Brown Hotel, which is where the Kentucky staple, Hot Brown, was invented. And of course, you can find the University of Louisville here, which is considered one of the top public colleges in the nation. All of this, plus the city’s extensive history, make it a great place to call home!
